chip, and no channel switching is required during the measurement
process, which effectively eliminates the measurement error
introduced in the channel switching process. Synchronous data
acquisition at the second speed greatly improves the time
synchronization between the measured values of each channel on the
premise of ensuring the measurement accuracy.
2. Flexible channel configuration
Each channel of DTZ-300BW supports four input modes: thermocouple,
thermal resistance, humidity sensor and (0~1)V analog. Each channel
can be understood as a universal channel, and only simple
configuration of the channel is required. You can flexibly switch
between different input modes, and the channel configuration can be
stored as a configuration file, which is convenient for subsequent
recall and modification.
3. High precision thermocouple cold junction
Each channel of DTZ-300BW uses an independent high-precision
digital temperature sensor as the cold junction compensation
sensor.
The distance between the cold junction temperature measurement
point and the thermocouple wiring point is less than 20mm. At the
same time, combined with a good temperature average design, it can
be used for each thermocouple measurement channel. Provides
reference compensation with an accuracy better than 0.15°C.
4. Meet the AMS2750E specification
The AMS2750E specification puts forward high measurement
requirements for the accuracy of inspection equipment. Through the
optimized design of the analog input channel and the temperature
measurement of the reference terminal, the thermocouple measurement
accuracy and the difference between the channels of the DTZ-300BW
series inspection instrument have been effectively improved, which
can meet the stringent requirements of the AMS2750E specification
for electrical measuring instruments.
5. Statistical data analysis
Each channel of DTZ-300BW has independent curve display and data
analysis functions, and users can view the statistical data such as
the maximum value, minimum value, and volatility of the measurement
data in real time. After starting the measurement, the measurement
data is automatically saved to the file, and the user can browse
and analyze the historical data at any time.
6. Data encryption
It can provide encryption algorithm support, encrypt data files,
and meet the special requirements for data security in special
industries such as national defense and military industries.
7. Wireless LAN
The DTZ-300BW series inspection instrument can be connected to a
tablet or laptop through a 2.4G wireless network, and multiple
inspection instruments can be used at the same time for temperature
field testing, which effectively improves work efficiency.
8. Large capacity storage
The DTZ-300BW series inspection instrument has a built-in 8g
large-capacity memory, and also supports the U disk storage
function,which can easily import the input into the U disk. In
stand-alone operation, the inspection data can be stored in the
built-in memory, and the stored data can be browsed or processed by
general tool software such as Excel, or imported into special
software for data analysis, report generation and certificate
output. Large-capacity memory solves the problem of data security
and non-volatility, and enhances the reliability of data.
9. Rich and friendly human-computer interaction functions
The DTZ-300BW series inspection instrument adopts a 7-inch touch
screen design and provides a rich and friendly human-computer
interaction interface. The operation interface covers: channel
setting, inspection setting, sensor setting, data curve
display,channel correction, channel calibration, file operation,
System settings, etc., can independently complete the data
acquisition work on the test site without any other peripherals.
10. Reliable structural design
DTZ-300BW adopts a sturdy integrated design, in addition to the
necessary USB interface and network interface, the overall
structure is effectively sealed, and it can work for a long time in
a high humidity environment.
