Product Description:

The A2P controller is built on a dual-microprocessor architecture and advanced design with innovations, which provide the product with greatly improved functionality and robustness that meet the latest industrial standard and practical requirement.
Being compatible with all mainstream brands of motors and encoders, and with advanced programmable software functionalities, A2P has least limitation for its application scenarios for customers from various industries including but not limited to cleaning machine industry, material handling, club-car…etc.

 

Features:

  1. The A2P controller has a rich collection of output and voltage models available: 350A/400A/450A/550A and 24V/36V/48V.
  2. Both serial and CAN protocol communications are supported to enable a wide application scenario.
  3. It supports very rich kinds of peripheral connections such as: small power output, throttle input, digital and 0-10V analog voltage output, an one isolated pulse output.
  4. Below types of encoder are supported:
  • A/B incremental encoder;
  • A/B/I absolute encoder;
  • Sin/cos encode;
  1. It can perform FOC control of all mainstream motors types such as ACIM/IPM(PMSM)/BLDC motors.
  2. Parameter recognition technology for ACIM motor enabled.
  3. The technology of 3-loop controlling (position, speed, and torque) is supported.
  4. Multiple self-developed and patented technologies are adopted such as low-speed smoothing control technology, zero-calibration of position sensor for IPMSM/BLDC motors, which provide customer with extra good driving experiences.

Safety and Reliability

  1. The dual-processor architecture provides all advantages to ensure the safety & reliability of the product from structural perspective.
  2. With the innovative design of isolated transformer for the power supply component, the controller remains in stable and safe condition even when the power fails.
  3. Multiple technologies for safety measures are adopted, including but not limited to the over-voltage cutback, thermal cutback, short-circuit protection…etc.
  4. We comply to the IP65 sealing standards to guarantee safety and reliability even in abnormal environmental conditions.
