Product Description:
The A2E series controller utilizes dual-microprocessor logic
architecture as a significant enhancement of both functional
performance as well as the reliability and safety for the
on-vehicle traction drive controlling of AC induction motors.
Our A2E controller is compatible with majority types of motor and
encoder known on the market such as IPM and ACIM, which enabled its
usage for various application scenarios such as material handling,
sightseeing bus, club cars and cleaning machine industry.
Features:
- The A2E controller has several grades of specifications:
350A/400A/450A/550A output, under voltages of 24V/36V/48V.
- The product is EN 13849-1:2015 certified.
- Both Serial port and CAN protocol communication are supported.
- Rich kinds of peripheral connections are supported, such as: small
power output (Max. output 3A), throttle input, digital input, 0-10V
analog voltage output, an isolated pulse output.
- Optional encoder type supported:
- A/B incremental encoder;
- A/B/I absolute encoder;
- Sin/cos encode;
- Rotary Variable Differential Transformer.
- FOC control of ACIM/IPM(PMSM)/BLDC motors enabled.
- The parameter recognition technology for ACIM motor and IPMSM/BLDCM
motor, requiring zero calibration on position encoder is supported.
- The three-loop controlling for position, speed (including the
pumps), and torque is supported as a valuable feature.
- A speed robust control under variable load conditions is supported
as our unique feature.
- A low-speed smoothing control technology that brings enhanced user
experience is supported.
Safety and Reliability
- The dual-processor architecture is foundation of functional safety
for the new generation motor controllers according to latest
international safety standards.
- An isolated transformer design is adopted for the power supply
component to ensure a safe condition even when power fails.
- A rich and complete collection of safety control measures are
adopted in our product, such as the over-voltage cutback, thermal
cutback, short-circuit protection…etc.
- The IP65 environmental sealing standards are also adopted to ensure
the safe using in harsh environments.
