Product Description:

The A6P controller is by far the highest specification of our AC motor controller series which adopts Cortex-M4F core processor working under maximum frequency of 240MHz.

Similar to that of our A0P, A2P and A4P series, the A6P controller has also got a dual- microprocessor architecture as well as strong compatibility with 3rd-party motors/encoders, it also applies to both traction and pump scenarios in multiple industries such as the cleaning machine, forklift, sightseeing bus, club carts…etc.

 

Features:

  1. Capable of delivering high currents, the A6P Sesies controller operates outputs ranging from 500A to 1000A, suitable for system voltages between 24V and 144V.
  2. Equipped with Serial and CAN communication interfaces, this controller expands the potential for diverse technological applications.
  3. This controller boasts a comprehensive range of connection options including digital and analog outputs, specialized outputs for throttle and isolation, and provisions for low-power outputs.
  4. This model is adaptable to various encoder standards, including but not limited to A/B incremental, A/B/I absolute, and Sin/cos types.
  5. Utilizes an innovative FOC control technique for efficiently managing standard electric motors such as ACIM, PMSM (IPM), and BLDC, through unique algorithmic implementations.
  6. Features cutting-edge, patented control technologies for meticulous management of speed, position, and torque, enhancing performance consistency across variable loads.
