Ⅰ. How Do Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders work?
The telescopic cylinder is a kind of special cylinder. The diameter of the multi-stage cylinder block increases sequentially, forming a series from small to large. When hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder, the piston begins to move under pressure. In the first cylinder block, the piston has a smaller area, and due to the compressibility of the liquid, the pressure is higher. As the piston moves, liquid flows from the first cylinder into the second cylinder. Due to the larger area of the second cylinder, the pressure decreases, but as the area increases, the force also increases. By analogy, after the liquid flows through each cylinder block, the pressure decreases, but the force gradually increases.
