This equipment is used for the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells. Weld the positive and negative pole pieces, diaphragms, fixed on the respective discharge shafts, after automatic unwinding, real-time correction, complete the cell winding, adhesive tape, unloading and other actions, to complete the battery cell production.

Features:

(1) The use of three-station winding mechanism to improve production efficiency;

(2) EPC, snake-shaped automatic guiding system;

(3) Adopt segmented tension automatic control system;

(4) With dust removal, iron removal, electrostatic system;

(5) With the center hole shaping function, easy to connect the conveyor line;

(6) Undesirable pole pieces can be excluded by a single roll;

(7) Use Hit-pot short circuit test to exclude unqualified products;

(8) PLC control system, real-time monitoring of abnormalities, automatic alarm, man-machine interface parameter visualization.
