Description:

 

       When producing liquid nitrogen, the gaseous nitrogen of approximate 11,000Nm3/h enters circulation nitrogen compressor to be compressed to 0.8MPa(G), and then it entes the boosting end of expander to raise the pressure, after which it enters the main heat exchanger in liquefier cold box to exchange heat with the refluxed low pressure circulating nitrogen to ~251.33K, and then it is withdrawn from the middle part of heat exchanger and enters into cryogenic chiller to be cooled to 243K, and then flows back to the main heat exchanger to be cooled to 132K. Most nitrogen is extracted from heat exchanger to turbo expander for expansion refrigeration, and the expanded low pressure nitrogen enters heat exchanger to cool the drag flow circulating nitrogen. And after rewarming, it returns back to the inlet of circulation nitrogen compressor. The rest nitrogen is continuously cooled, liquefied and subcooled in the main heat exchanger, and the product is obtained after it goes out of main heat exchanger and throttled to 0.2MPa(G).

      When producing liquid oxygen ,the liquid nitrogen process is the same as above, only when it goes out of main heat exchanger, it is throttle to 31kPa(G), and then filled to oxygen and nitrogen heat exchanger to exchange heat with the feed gaseous oxygen withdrawn from the fractionating column. And extract some nitrogen from the middle part of heat exchanger to improve the heating load of heat exchanger, and to cool liquefy and subcool the oxygen, and after compressed through transmitting liquid oxygen pump, the product liquid oxygen of 0.2MPa(G) is obtained.
