KLS Series Vertical Centrifugal Water Pump
Description
The KLS vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a combination design
of excellent hydraulic models. It is suitable for hot water,
high temperature, and corrosive chemical pumps using different
materials. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy
conservation, low noise, and reliable performance.
Characteristics
- The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet
diameters, and is located on the same centerline. It can be
installed in the pipeline like a valve.
- The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the
motor, with a short axial size, compact and beautiful structure,
small footprint, low building investment, and can be used outdoors
with a protective cover.
- The reasonable configuration of pump and motor bearings can
effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by pump
operation, thereby ensuring smooth operation of the pump, low
vibration, and low noise.
- The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of
mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings,
medium high temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy
materials, wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the
service life.
- Easy installation and maintenance, without the need to dismantle
the pipeline and road system. As long as the pump coupling seat nut
is removed, all rotor components can be extracted.
- The vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted
according to the requirements of pipeline layout, and the series
and parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the
requirements of flow rate and head.
Application
KLS type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying
clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties
similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban
water supply and drainage, cold and warm water circulation
pressurization and equipment matching, with a operating temperature
of T<80 ℃.
KLS vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying
liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and
have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for departments
such as petroleum, chemical, power, papermaking, food and
pharmaceutical, and synthetic fibers, with operating temperatures
ranging from -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
