► Mill roll stand

Hydraulic Mill roll stand (YZJ2-2500 type. paper up and down,paper clip arm adopt hydraulic drive. it can proceed clamp, loose and move left and right at same time, double point pneumatic brake,expansion chuck,the hydraulic station valve is Taiwan brand.)

► Single facer

Cassette Single facer (KDW3-2500 type, Inner vacuum suction type, universal coupling drive, diameter of corrugated roller is 360mm, big and small roller design, the surface spray tungsten carbide,fast change corrugated roller within 20 minutes, adopt electric trolley to load corrugated rollers into single facer, locked by pneumatic. Glue isolation is controlled by PLC, gluing roller can run independently when single facer stop, the quantity of glue adjust automatically following the speed or manual. )

► Surface paper pre-heater

Surface paper pre-heater(MY1-2500 , the diameter is 1100mm. The machine is electric adjustment for the heating area, inverted steam trap is Taiwan brand.)

► Core paper heater

Core paper heater (XY1-2500, the diameter is 1100mm . The machine is electric adjustment for the heating area , inverted steam trap is Taiwan brand.)

► Three layer pre-heater

► Two layers pasting machine

Pasting glue machine( The quantity of the glue and the pressing paper gap adopt electric adjustment, with the touch screen shows the quantity of the glue, the glue quantity adopt auto control, It is equipped with breaking paper device and independent variable frequency motor drives each layer.)

► Two layers over bridge conveyor

Two layers over bridge conveyor,GQ3-2500,  It adopts absorption tension control , variable frequency motor to adjust the quantity of the wind. The breaking paper automatic detection device and two sets of control device with one is on the bridge, the other ison the ground.

► Double facer

Double-facer machine SM2-2500 type, 18pieces of hot plates, surface of it adopts grinding. The heating plate display temperature with the panel , the cotton tape adopts the pneumatic to adjust the up cotton belt tension. the up cotton belt adopt automatic correction and with the manual adjustment for the under cotton belt tension. the main motor adopts frequency motor.

► Main drive unit

Heavy type main drive(the main motor adopt invertor motor with variable frequency conversion control)

► Slitter machine

The NC slitter scores machine ( Positioning accuracy is± 0.5 mm,lines pressing type with electric conversion,computer control automatic sharpening, the whole machine electric correction. the slitter and scorer shaft adopt inverter control. automatic synchronization operation.

► Pneumatic transmit paper frame

GZJ-2500 Pneumatic transmit paper frame,automatically transmit the paper after slitter scorer machine to cut off machine by up and down layers

► Double Layers Computer Rotary Cutting Off Machine

Double Layers Computer Rotary Cutting Off Machine(Multiple orders processing function, can change manually or automatically. Feeding and outputting board by frequency control,automatic tracking the speed of corrugation line, cutting off length 400-9999mm. PLC System is from Taiwan.

► Double Layers Computer Counting Stacker

Double Layers Computer Counting Stacker( Sheets stacking table is controlled segmented pneumatic, sheets baffle is adjusted automatically to adapt the length of sheets. Counting, transporting, stacking are controlled by PLC system, max length of sheets are 3000mm.

► The steam system

The steam system, each unit is designed as a independent unit to supply the steam . It can adjust the steam pressure to control the working temperature, the steam trap adopt Taiwan brand.)

► Glue making system

The glue circular system (Each equipment with glue, glue supply to them circularly, and the level is controlled automatically .

► Air compression system

Air compression system (it adopts 1.0 m³ air collector pot and the air filter to make up a air compression station , the air compression is provided by the customer.

► The electric system

The electric control system , the production and speed shows all the time . The speed of the whole line adjusts synchronously. The main power adopts variable frequency motor to control.

► Trolley and rail

SZ-2500 trolley and rail, the rail is 6 meters length.
