How long will we receive the goods?

A: OEM/ODM: The usual time is 35-40 working days to arrange production. The exact dated should depend on different items, quantity, production schedule etc.

Stock: Typically, we can get goods ready within 3~5 working days,
Oct.-Dec. is our busy season, may be need more time, we will check
exact time again before you place an order with us.

Can you supply samples?

A: We think sample is necessary before order, it's better for customers to check quality, color, fabric and every details before cooperation. So we would love to supply samples.

What is your manufacture lead time for our order?

Our normal lead time is around 35 days. If you have urgent request, please just let us know. We will try our best to shorten the lead time to meet your requirements.

How About The Shipping Cost?

If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via counier, such as FEDEX,

DHL, with good price for long cooperation. If your goods

is large, we will send it to you by sea, then we can quote the price to you, and you

can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
