2. High-speed forming machine adopts tunnel structure, water
cooling mode, and there is no link between the module and the
module. The module has long service life and convenient
replacement. The fastest production speed can reach 25 meters per
minute.
3. The common speed chain forming machine also uses water cooling
mode, but adopts the mode of joint transmission of module chain and
gear. This kind of structure is of high quality and low price.
4. The coiler is controlled by frequency conversion motor and
potentiometer, and abandons the old torque motor. The structure
will not stretch the corrugated pipes.
