Product Description


PGE green sports ground material is a kind of pure environmental protection material with excellent properties of plastic and rubber, soft and moderate, and easy to process, which is a pure environmental protection material with nano grade (PU) and other raw materials through blending modification and high-temperature dynamic vulcanization (without adding any vulcanizing agent). It is a kind of elastomer (commonly known as nibble elastomer) which can contact with food by FDA.

Runway features


Color: special polyurethane particles, soft surface color, granular surface, to prevent dazzling sunlight reflection, beautiful and durable, and can use multi color matching.
Economy: it is convenient to maintain and save the cost of management.
Safety: it can prevent sports injuries caused by falls.
Adhesiveness: special construction treatment, strong adhesion, can restrain water rising, no bubble, peeling and other phenomena.
Flatness: self leveling materials are used in construction, and the surface is flat, which can meet the requirements of extremely flat competition field.
Impact resistance: with strong elastic layer and buffer layer, it can absorb strong impact, and the surface will not be damaged.
Nail resistance: it will not be damaged by spiked shoes or starting gear at the 100m starting point where the force is large and frequent.
Wear resistance: it will not be unable to recover elasticity due to the heavy pressure of track and field equipment.
Wear resistance: wear resistance is less than 2.5%, to meet the needs of principals at all levels for time and high frequency of use.
Impact absorption: moderate absorption of foot impact force, reduce sports injury, suitable for long-term training and competition.

Q:What are the differences between yours and traditional EPDM?

A:Traditional EPDM is vulcanized, unable to be recycled, smelled granules. We named our material as PGE, which stands for Polyurethane Grapheme elastomer. PGE is odorless, long lasting color and could be recycled after 10 years-used.

 

Q:Which one is your most special product?

A:I think the rice shape granules are the most eye-attracted one. The traditional EPDM is unable to produce the round shape, but we can. The kindergarten and other playgrounds love it!
