High Durable PE Color-coated Steel Coil Sheet For Roofing Constrction Building
1. Description
PPGI steel coil is to paint on the galvanized steel base materials in order to prevent the materials from rust, which is more reliable than hot dip galvanized steel coils. Prepainted galvanized steel coil is produced by the process of painting organic coating on the both sides of galvanized steel surfaces, usually with primer plus paint on top and back with primer according to customer’s different requirements.
2. SMP Features
High durable PE do not contain aromatic pluralist alcohol and acid to reduce the resin to absorb altraviolet light to achieve high weather resistance. Using cyclohexane structure of the monomer while aynthesis the resin to reach better flexility, HDP performs better in durability, hardness, processing and cost-effective.
HDP corrosion resistance duration can up to 15 years.
Purpose: Suitable for chemical industry, metallurge, electric power industries, coastal damp environment, high UV region, corrosion polluted industrial structure, municipal buildings, etc.
