3. 1. The manual straightening machine conveyor line is a conveyor line designed with a manual straightening machine. The line consists of a feeding transverse conveyor, a loading lifting traverse conveyor, independent roller set, an unpowered longitudinal conveyor, unloading lifting traverse conveyor and unloading transverse conveyor. 2. Composition and function of conveyor line

2.1 Feeding transverse conveyor

2.1.1 The transverse feeding conveyor is responsible for conveying the guide rails to the besides of the feeding lifting transverse conveyor. It consists of motor reducer, frame, chain, head transmission device, tail tightening device, etc.

2.2 Feeding Lifting Transverse Conveyor

2.3 Independent roller set

The independent roller set is installed in front of the manual straightening machine for a total of 3 groups, which is responsible for manually pulling the rails forward or backward. The equipment consists of brackets, rollers, bearings, etc., height 1300mm

2.4 Unpowered longitudinal conveyor

The unpowered longitudinal conveyor is responsible for manually pushing the straightened guide rails onto the longitudinal conveyor to facilitate the loading of the lifting transverse conveyor. It consists of brackets, rollers, bearings, etc., with a height of 1300mm.

2.5 Unloading Lifting Transverse Conveyor

It is responsible for unloading the rails conveyor onto the transverse conveyor. The equipment is mainly composed of a bracket, a cylinder, a sliding track and so on.

2.6 Unloading Transverse Conveyor

It is responsible for conveying the rails of the lifting and traversing machine, and has the function of accumulating materials, reducing the number of lifting and driving, and improving production efficiency.
