Precision flat steel production process The working principle of
the flat steel finishing machine is to pre-level and final level
the cold flat steel wool in the thickness direction using two sets
of leveling wheels staggered up and down; using a pair of
oppositely arranged finishing wheels The wheel squeezes the width
direction so that the width is compressed to reach the expected
parameters, and the amount of compression is adjustable; five
staggered straightening wheels are used to straighten the width.
This system mainly consists of a control box, finishing pressure
roller, pre-leveling unit, finishing unit, and straightening unit.
The production process can be summarized as: pre-leveling →
finishing → straightening → post-leveling. Flat steel/a/b is a
steel material with a width of 12-300mm, a thickness of 4-60mm, and
a rectangular cross-section with slightly pure edges. Flat steel
can be finished steel, or can be used as blanks for welded pipes
and thin slabs for laminated thin plates. Main uses: As finished
products, flat steel can be used to make hoops, tools and
mechanical parts, and can be used as structural components of house
frames and escalators in construction. Flat steel is divided into
two types according to its shape: flat spring flat steel and
single-sided double groove spring flat steel. Hot-rolled spring
flat steel is mainly used to manufacture leaf springs for
automobiles, tractors, railway transportation and other machinery.
