Cold Storage Panels are composed of 3 layers, the external and internal is galvanized sheet or Aluminum sheets.Panels are custom made to meet customer requirements by using rigid polyurethane foam.Production mold is designed by adopting special prefabrication, standard width have some specifications 295 mm,590 mm,885 mm,960 mm,1180mm.Panels adopts full galvanized anti-rust metal between eccentric locking hook, become an organic whole repeatedly make the library structure, more closely with strong, cold storage at the same time has good air tightness and heat insulation effect, is easy to tear open outfit, flexible movement, etc.

1.Convex structure: Panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by cam- lock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints. There’s no need of rivets, thus reduce the cost and save the time.

5.Low flammable: Low flammable PUR foam is used in the cold room panel, with fire retardant B2 grade.
