Founded in 2001, Shenyang Top New Materials Co., Ltd. has concentrated on research, development and production of cobalt-base alloys, stellite alloys, tribaloy alloys, silver tungsten alloys and metal ceramics for many years. The company has established good cooperative relations with scientific research institutions such as the Metal Institution of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Northeastern University and researched and developed new products.

At the end of 2012, the company made significant technical breakthroughs in producing cobalt-base alloys by a powder metallurgic method after 5 years of research and development, which strongly promoted the development of the company. Currently, it can produce cobalt-base alloy sawtooth tips, valve balls, valve seats, pipes, rods, welding rod chemical fiber cutters, hot-extrusion dies, thermocouple protective pipes and cobalt-base alloys with multiple shapes.
