The hardness of natural diamond (diamond) reaches
HV9000-10000, which is the hardest substance in nature. The
finished tool can maintain dimensional stability for a long time
during cutting, so it has a long service life. The circular arc
part of the cutting edge of the tool made of natural diamond is
observed under a 400 times microscope without gaps, and it is
suitable for processing gold, silver, copper, aluminum (aluminum
alloy), zinc (zinc alloy), acrylic (plexiglass) and other
materials. The apparent roughness can reach Ra(0.01-0.025) μm. High
cutting efficiency and stable machining accuracy.
1) Be sure to use a jacket of the appropriate size, because the
jacket with serious wear or insufficient roundness and a tapered
inner hole cannot provide enough clamping force, resulting in
vibration or twisting of the tool handle and flying off.
2) When the tool handle is found to have uneven contact marks or
grooves after the tool is clamped, it means that there is slippage
or the inner hole of the fixture is deformed. The jacket should be
replaced immediately. The tool handle and the collet must be fully
tightened to prevent the tool handle from breaking or accidents.
3) Keep the knives clean after work, and use standard industrial
solvents to remove dirt stuck to the knives.
4) Do not arbitrarily sharpen the tool and change the shape of the
tool, because each grinding process requires professional grinding
equipment and professional grinding skills. Otherwise, it is easy
to cause the knife edge to break and cause accidents.
