Single Crystal diamond cutting tools Diamond MCD milling tool End mill
Single crystal workshop (This workshop only makes single crystal diamond cutting tool,manual grinding wheel, directly grinding diamond knife at the Angle of the grinding wheel, directly grinding the finished product).
Need to go through the precision workshop (laser or slow wire), single crystal workshop, strong grinding.[after tool welding, transfer to precision workshop, laser finishing Angle, then transfer to single crystal workshop, single crystal grinding good Angle, transfer to strong grinding finishing Angle (arc).
After welding, transfer to PCD workshop strong grinding machine, strong grinding fine repair edge, this is the finished product (most workshop PCD tools).
Some diamond knives need a single crystal workshop grinding wheel to grind the Angle, and then transfer the strong grinding Angle (blade).
Some diamond cutters require laser or slow wire cutting to finish the diamond and then turn over to a powerful sharpening blade.

Weld【Use solder to weld the diamond on the knife pole, then into the vacuum welding furnace bake fixed】.
The working procedure that different cutter passes is different, specific by project decision, basically these 7 kinds of circumstance.

1) Artificial polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is a polycrystalline
material made of diamond powder and solvent polymerization under
high temperature and high pressure. Its hardness is lower than that
of natural diamond (about HV6000). The hardness of PCD tool is 3-4
times higher than that of hard alloy tool.
Wear resistance and life of 50-100 times;
Cutting speed can be increased 5-20 times;
The roughness can reach Ra0.05μm, and the brightness is inferior to
that of natural diamond knife
2) Natural diamond (diamond) hardness up to HV9000-10000, is the
hardest substance in nature.
The tool can keep the size stable for a long time in cutting, so it
has a long service life.
