CNC machines can create a broad range of features and high-precision parts. For instance, CNC milling machines are ideal for producing cavities, angled shapes, holes, and slots.
In contrast, CNC lathes are suitable for creating cylindrical shapes or parts that are symmetrical near their axis.
Nevertheless, CNC milling and turning machines can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.001mm.
They are also compatible with a broad range of materials, including metals and plastics, so long as these materials are available in blocks. This is not the case with additive manufacturing technologies (like 3D printing), which are only compatible with plastics and a few metals.

A: Yes, we accept to make sample for customer to test. You should pay sample charges.
Q2:What is your MOQ for the orders?
A: We do not have MOQ limitation, 1 pcs is acceptable.
Q3: How do I pay for orders I released?
A: The common payments are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
Q4: I have an idea for a new product, Can you help me to make it realized?
A. Sure, We are willing to work with customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of new ideas and we would advise materials, tooling and cost for our customers.
Q5: Can we print our logo/website/company name on products?
A. Yes, please advise the size and Pantone Code of the logo.
Q6: What is the lead time of component?
A : It depends on the quantity of the orders and process. Normally, the lead time is 10~15 days.
Q7: Can do custom designs?
A: Yes, no problem. Most of our ' existing products were designed or customized to order, has a strong R&D team, any custom designs from clients will be produced perfectly.
Q8: How to ensure the plastic mold parts quality meet our requirement before shipping?
A : We have professional QC department to inspect all products before shipment and we can provide the quality inspect reports if you need. In addition, you can invite a third party to our factories for inspection.
Q9: How will you ship the products and how long does it take to arrive?
A: If shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it will take 3~5 days to arrive. Airline and ocean shipping are your options. In addition, you can provide your forwarder’s information and we will work with forwarders to ship the goods.
