General description:
An environmental chamber, also called climatic chamber or climate
chamber, is an enclosure used to test the effects of specified
environmental conditions on biological items, industrial products,
materials, and electronic devices and components.
Such a chamber can be used:
as a stand-alone test for environmental effects on test specimens;
as preparation of test specimens for further physical tests or
chemical tests;
as environmental conditions for conducting testing of specimens;
This equipment is widely applied for aviation, communication, electronic, etc. industries, instruments and meters electric products, materials, high temperature, low temperature separate or synchronous simulate environment adaptability and reliability test.
Main features:
1.SUS#304 stainless steel interior, powder coated finishing for the exterior chamber.
2. With a glass window to view testing samples, equipped with a sweat-proof electrical heating device that can prevent water steam from condensing into droplets, and with high brightness bulbs to provide light inside the box.
3.Double-layer-insulated gastight doors, able to insulate the internal temperature effectively.
4.The water supply system is externally connectable, convenient for refilling water into the humidifying pot and automatically recyclable.
5. French Tecumseh compressor is used for the cooling system, capable of removing the lubricant between the condensation pipes and capillaries. environment-friendly coolant is (R23, R404A)
6.Precise touch screen controller, capable of displaying the measured value as well as the set value and time.
7. The control unit has the functions of multiples segment program editing, and with a temperature ramp
8. Floor standing with casters for ease of mobility, with strong positioning screws.
9. The heating and cooling rate are from 5°C/min 10°C/min to 15°C/min, as per your specific request.

Q1: What is the Warranty for the accelerated aging machine ?
A1: For the accelerated aging machine, we offer 1 years warranty service. If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period ,we will send you replacement and cover the cost of shipping and component parts.
Q2: What's the delivery term?
A2: Usually, it takes us 20 - 25 days after order confirmation to produce the equipment and a little bit longer for customization service. While if you are in urgent need, we can make special arrangement to speed up the proceedings. Then we start the shipped by sea, by air freight or by air express.
Q3:What’s the payment term?
A3: T/T, L/C and other payment terms could be negotiated.
