Brief Introduction
This machine can make a big roll into small rolls by hot slitting. The machine productivity is extremely high. It's suitable to make 1 ~5 lines hot slitting bottom sealing bags.
This machine can simultaneously produce bottom sealing bags in different bag width.
With a fully automatic computer control servo system, this machine can have both a high speed with a stable productivity. Suitable to produce multi-lines printed bottom sealing bags.
This machine has Hot Slitting Device, Block Device and Perforation Device to choose according to different requirements.

Technical Variable:

5 Lines pattern-aim detecting part

1. Newly designed hot slitting devices can be adjusted to suit for any thickness of plastic film
2. Each set of hot slitter can be moved individually for making adjustment according to bag width, or moved as a whole.
3. Hot sealing knife adopts the very best material allows stable heating and firm sealing lines.
4. Hot slitting knife stretches out and draws back by pneumatic control & will deviate from film automatically when machine stops.

Bottom sealing knife device

1.New designed bottom sealing knife provides function that can move both upper and bottom sealing knives
2.Bottom sealing knife with water cycled cooling system
3.Bottom sealing knife is made of the best quality material, which allows no deformation while it is heating in high temperature(Italian system)
