It's common to use the disc magnets with epoxy plating in electronic applications, which is working under the water with good resisting oxidation effects.
Epxoy Coating Inductions:
In comparion with some other metal coating, like NiCuNi, Zn and ect, the epoxy coating is a kind of nonmetallic plating. It's fulfilled with excellent corrossion protection, lower pollution and better to be fit for the rugged conditions.
According to the different operating ways, there are two kind of methods to make the magnets coated with Epoxy,electrophoresis and spraying.
In some conditions, in order to get a better corrosion protecting effects, we can make the epoxy with NiCu+ Epoxy plating.
