CHMT560P4 has 4 heads, mounting speed is faster. For small SMT
production, it is your good helper!
The operation system is embedded Linux system, the main board of
machine was researched by ourselves, which is more reliable than
windows system, and life time is much longer. CHMT560P4 using
502---507 different kinds of Juki nozzles, suitable for
0402,0603,0805-5050, SOP, QFN, LQFP, Diode, Transistor, BGA...etc,
which can meet more customers' demand.
Vision System Ensure Accuracy
Auto correction offset
The double CCD vision cameras can auto calibrate the offset for all different kinds of components and ICs(auto correction of pick position and angle). Industry camera with high accuracy taking image of pins if IC, to ensure the patch accuracy.

CHM-T560P4 work with standard Yamaha pneumatic feeder ,it is more stable and longer lifetime. pneumatic feeders can improve the working efficient a lot. It can also work with Yamaha vibration feeder.

After PCB has been put on machine, the machine will use the camera to automatically find the mark point, calibrate the PCB and avoid deviation.

A: The CHM-T36VA has two nozzle-heads, we supply 4 nozzles. Yes, we
do sell nozzles and spares. If you need any spars, just let us
know.

A: Customers who buy our machines, we can offer free upgrades
software for you.
3. Q: What air supply is required?
A: Oil free compressor and air dryer be used.
4. How about the warranty?
