The outstanding advantages of the ceramic rod shaft in comparison with the metal shaft are high-temperature resistance, high mechanical strength at high-temperature, corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient and so on. Due to those serial versatile characteristics, it greatly raises the service life cycle and reduces maintenance times in pumps, motors.
All these ceramic components can offer high dimensional accuracy, mirror surface, and stringent straightness via fine grinding and diamond polishing.

We have in-housing comprehensive manufacturing types of equipment, including forming, sintering, CNC machining,
precision grinding, laser cutting and so on, it helps us to control the quality very well, also it greatly benefits cost control.
