High Insulation 96% Al2O3 Metallized Ceramic Sleeve for High Voltage Feedthrough
1. Material: 96% alumina, 99% alumina, 99.5% alumina, zirconium oxide optional;
2. Shaping methods: hot pressing, dry pressing, ISO pressing optional;

4. Surface treatment: external surface glazed, internal surface polished optional;

● Ceramic body + Silver (Ag) plating

Our facility support custom metalized ceramics from prototype to high volume production with our in-house comprehensive manufacturing types of equipment.
Customized metallized ceramic sleeves are commonly made of 96% or above high purity alumina. In order to achieve the jointing from metal to ceramics, a metallic coating will be deposited on the surface of alumina ceramic insulators, it's referred to as metallization. We are dealing with a selection of metallizations, including molybdenum( Mo/Mn ) and Tungsten (W), also we could formulate the metallization according to customers' special needs.
All ceramic metallized sleeves we manufacture are famous for the excellent bonding strength, super mechanical, exceptional electrical insulation, and thermal features.
1. Exceptional bonding/brazing strength up to 150MPa/mm2
2. Superb low leak rate below to ≤1×10-11 Pa•m3 / s
3. High mechanical strength up to 320MPa at least
4. Electrical insulation strength up to 18KV. DC at least
5. Extremely anti-corrosion and free of rust forever
6. Can work under high temperature up to 1450℃

We could produce lots of different types of metallized ceramic
cylinders for electron tubes, vacuum interrupters, vacuum breakers.
1. Vacuum packing with desiccant as an inner package;
2. Then, exported carton as an outer package.
3. Finally, it will be packed with a wooden case if needed.
4. We regularly use DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT to ship small parcels.
5. For large volume orders, we could ship it by sea as per
customers' needs.

A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 4 weeks. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q4. How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
A: After you place an order, the manufacturing time is about 25 working days.
Q5. How to ensure quality?
A: The dimension out of any batch will be carried out sampling inspection per International AQL standard. A 100% cosmetic inspection will be done.
