Description
The production process of carbon steel plates is mainly divided into two processes: steelmaking and rolling. First, the raw materials undergo high-temperature smelting, deoxidation and desulfurization, and finally liquid steel containing iron and carbon elements is obtained. Then, the liquid steel is poured into the continuous casting machine and continuously cast into thicker square billets or round billets. Finally, the square billet or round billet is processed into carbon steel plates of different thicknesses and specifications through hot rolling or cold rolling processes.

Typical Applications
1. Low carbon steel
Low carbon steel has a carbon content of less than 0.05% and
usually uses cold processing and hot processing. Low carbon steel

etc.
2. Medium carbon steel
The carbon content of medium carbon steel is between 0.25% and

3. High carbon steel

4. Ultra-high carbon steel
Ultra-high carbon steel has a carbon content of more than 1.5% and
