Q: What do you do?

We have talented and professional designer team who can make nice customize sample as your idear or design. 

Q: Can I get a sample to show around to buyers? 
     A: Yes. Once all details of your idear are conveyed we will design and manufacture a prototype sample that you can show buyers. 

Q: How do I Protect my idea? 
     A: We will sign a NDA(Non Disclosure Agreement) with you this means we cannot show or reproduce your product without your permission. We are in toy business more than 12 years that we only manufacture goods for you. We have no interest in stealing idears, and we insist that it is in writing. Contact us for an NDA. 

Q: How much for customizing one plush sample? 
     A: This is depdent on the complexity of your idear or artwork. Normally need $80.00~$150.00 or more. 

Q: Will our sample cost be refunded? 
     A: Yes, it will be refunde after get your order. 

Q: How long need take for customized plush sample? 
     A: As usually it will be took 5~7 days for one kind of sample. 

Q: Where do I send my idears? 
   A: Submit a Quote Request, Mail us directly, call us or fax us.
 
Q: What is your minimum order? 
   A: 2000piece as normally but can be less if we have stock material. 

Q: Is your first price quote the final price? 
       A: Our first price qutoe is an estimate based on the limited information that you provided on your initial quote form. As we have rich experiences in plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price maybe higher or lower then the first quote. However your price will be final before we start production and will be not be any surprice charges to worry about. 

Q: Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush toy? 
       A: Yes. We can add your logo or name on plush toy in various ways. We can make your logo on the T-shirt/belly/feet/face of plush toy by silk screening or embroidery. We also can provide your own hang tags or sewing label. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage. 

Q: What kind of material are used to make customize plush toy? 
       A: Our experiences designer will detamine what kinds of different fabric that are requied to match your idea or artwork

Q: Can I choose material for my customize plush toy? 
       A: Yes, You can. We can disscuss togther to choose suitable, safety, non-hamful material to make nice sample

Q: What if I have special packing need? 
       A: . No problem...We can pack your toy in simple polybag or can design a full color display box. Just let us know your requirement. 

Q: How long does it take for production? 
       A: It depond on your order quantity. Approximately 35~45days after the prototype is approved and get your deposit. 

Q: Will my toys be safe
       A. Yes. All of our toy can meet EN 71, CE, ASTM, AZO FREE and other interional standard. If you need we can supply testing report by third part testing lab like SGS

Q: Do you make anything else besides plush toys?
       A: Yes, We make lotd of different items including pet toy, baby toy, action, figures, keychains, backpack/bag, pillow/cushion, slippers, blanket, ear muffs, golf head covers, puppets, hat bobble heads and more. Contact us for more details. 
 

Q: What about copyright and licensing issues? 
       A: When you place an order with us, your represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute our products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, ect spectified on your order. If you have an idear that you would like to keep under wraps, we are comfortable signing standard Non Disclosure Agreements(NDAS).
