INTRODUCTION
The Automatic Gluing &Stitching All-in-One Machine is mainly
designed to replace the pure manual and semi-automatic box gluing
and stitching machine. Solve the persistent problems of packaging
companies in pasting boxes and nail box forming processes, such as
a large number of manpower, a large area with low efficiency and
poor quality. Especially on glue overflow, improper bonding of the
corrugated box, stitching speed too slow and other problems give
enterprise disadvantage on production management, financial and
credit. Therefore, our company has developed the ZX-3000
full-automatic box-gluing and stitching all-in-one machine, which
can solve these problems with high speed and high quality. it helps
the printing plants and paper production factories to complete
small investments with few failures.

Function &Characteristics:
- Automatic paper feeding section
- Adopts imported belts for suction mode paper feeding with auto
paper input to ensure the paper feeding is smooth with high speed.
- The front baffle and paper feeding belt of the paper feeding
section can be adjusted from left to right, and the front paper
feeding section can be adjusted electrically, which is convenient
and quick to meet the paper feeding requirements of cartons of
various specifications.
- Automatic gluing section
- The gluing width of the paper is 20-25mm with a down folding mode;
- The glue box can be shifted to the left or right, according to the
dimensions of the box;
- The quantity of the glue can be adjusted, which is stable and easy
to maintain;
- Made of pure stainless steel, which avoids corroding from various
glue.
- Automatic folding section
- Adopts imported antifriction belts for paper feeding, the speed of
folding and feeding is synchronous, which is controlled by a
variable frequency control system alone;
- Adjusting the size of the feeding paper by switch button, which is
easy and quick to operate;
- The creasing wheel, creasing blades, side wheels and the clapping
board can prevent the unproper bonding from occurring;
- Paper alignment correction device
- Double compensation and correction for the displacing of the
corrugated board;
- Minimums the unproper bonding accrued on the box and making the
stitching more perfect;
- Automatic stitching section
- Adopts synchronous convey belts, PLC controller, and touch screen
for adjusting, which is easy and quick with high precision;
- The swing mode nail head makes speed faster, and stable with little
power consumption, which enhances the quality of nailing.
- Automatic counting and stacking section
- The clapping board on the stacking section can reduce the wrinkled
of the box occurring;
- Setting the number for stacking according to the number of boxes on
the touch screen. The number of stacking can be set on10/15/20/25
pcs.
- Automatic feeding device for stitching
- The nail feeding device is controlled by electricity, which is more
precisely;
- Adopts 20KG the coiled flat wire to reduce the time of changing the
flat wire.
- Automatic strapping section
- Putting the boxes into an automatic strapping machine manually;
- Adopts a pneumatic device to strap the boxes by the cross-bonding
way to make sure the edges of boxes are flat and strap
tightness(optional)

- With scientific design of the machine and imported quality
appliances avoids failure from occurring.
