Features
1. Impact resistance: The impact resistance of the wear plate is very good, even if there is a very high drop in the process of conveying materials, it will not cause much damage to the wear plate.

2. Heat resistance: In general, the wear-resistant plates below 600 degrees can be used normally, and if we add some vanadium and molybdenum when making the wear-resistant plates, the high temperature below 800 degrees is no problem.

3. Corrosion resistance: Since the wear plate contains a large amount of chromium, the corrosion resistance of the wear plate is excellent, so there is no need to worry about corrosion.

4. Cost-effective: The price of wear-resistant plates is 3 to 4 times that of ordinary steel plates, but the service life of wear-resistant plates is more than 10 times longer than ordinary steel plates, so its cost-effectiveness is relatively high.

5. Convenient processing: The weldability of the wear-resistant plate is very strong, and it can also be easily bent into various shapes, which is very convenient to process.

6. Construction machinery: cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing tower, mixer lining plate, dust collector lining plate, brick machine mold plate. Because its parts are easy to wear, it is recommended to use wear-resistant steel plates made of NM360/400 with a thickness of 10-30mm.

7. Construction machinery: loaders, bulldozers, excavator bucket plates, side blade plates, bucket bottom plates, blades, rotary drilling rig drill rods. This type of machinery requires particularly strong and wear-resistant steel plates with extremely high wear-resistant strength. The available materials are NM500/600HARDOX500/550/600 high-strength wear-resistant steel plates with a thickness of 20-60mm.

8. Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner, scraper liner.
