Furthermore, the conductor diameter of this cable is 0.12 ± 0.005mm with an elongation rate of 18% ↑, and the wire diameter thickness is 0.9 ± 0.05mm. The insulated cover made from environmentally friendly PVC 45P (RoHS) 8058 gray allows working temperature from -40°C to +105°C. The remaining technical specifications include insulation thickness with minimum 0.10mm average 0.23mm, insulation elongation at 100.00%, conductor stranding distance of 10.7mm ↓, insulator tensile strength of 1.066Kg/m² ↑, spark test at 3.0KV/0.15SPC ↑, withstand voltage of 2KV 10mA/, conductor resistance of ≤237 ohms/RM ↓ and insulation resistance of ≥100m ohms/RM ↑.

Finally, all the samples have to be tested in several aspects. Good appearance, plastic parts and metal parts should not have injection defects or scratches, deformation etc. On-off performance should be as specified. Additionally, capacitance should be 40PF/M, impedance should be 100 ohms and the surface must pass spark test.
