Busbar automatic testing machine, inspection line for busbar trunking system

Working procedures:

1. Upper monitor sends the start signal, the motion mechanism control system(also called lower system) starts to work;

2. The lower system adopts pneumatic control transmission system and stepper motor drive system to position and transfer the busbar trunking system for testing the conductor resistance and insulation strength of the insulation materials, and then sends the testing result to upper monitor;

3. The upper monitor receives the testing finish signal and then judges whehter the product is qualified or not. If it’s qualified, the printer will print the barcode and send the signal to labeller;

4. The labeller will stick the barcode on the busbar trunking system and send the signal to upper monitor;

5. The upper monitor will send the signal to the lower system for transferring the busbar trunking system for the next packaging step.

The automatic busbar inspection line adopts high voltage for busbar voltage and insulation resistance testing.
