Bimetal 800 to high-quality low-carbon steel substrate, the surface of the sintered copper-lead alloy as the face, according to conditions and can be processed using all types of sump hole or oil hole in the surface of the alloy layer.Bimetal bushes are composed of two metal strips, in two different materials; the first is normally in steel, the second is normally constituted by an alloy containing copper, which when coupled with the steel strip acts as an internal covering. Furthermore, some sizes also have an external relubrication hole.

bi-metal bushing is backing on low carbon steel, sintered with CuPb24Sn4 bronze powder, which has fairly good performance in anti-fatigue and load capacity, fit for middle speed and middle load working situation.

When soft alloy is plated on the bushing surface and with oil lubrication, it can be applied in high speed internal-combustion engine and connect-rod.
