1. What brands do you have?
We work closely with miner factories such as Bitmain Antminer, MicroBT Whatsminer and Canaan Avalon. We can help recommend you the most suitable miners if you can share your electricity cost and mining history to our customer managers.

2. How can I place the miner orders?
Select the most suitable miners and confirm the quantity and price and payment terms.
We shall send you sealed invoice with all terms included.
We start preparing goods after the down payment received.
We pack the products and ship to you by air/truck/sea.
We deliver miners to your door if you use our logistics service and confirm with your customer manager while goods received, pls tell us if anything goes wrong after you open miner packages and try the miner machines.

3. What is the lead time for us to prepare the goods?
For spot goods, we can ship out asap from our warehouse, you shall receive goods within 5-10 days after goods leaves China.
For future stock, it depends on when the factory finish the production, we shall send out asap once we receive the miners from factory.
