HCR3071 Full Auto Cold Cranking Simulator For Testing Apparent

Viscosity Of Engine Oil is specially manufactured with the applicable

standard ASTM D2602. It consists of four parts: circulating ethyl

alcohol bath, testing host, computer and waste liquid collector. The

control software is simplified and easy to operate. Via only one key,

the instrument can achieve the whole test process automatically. It is

a set of fully automatic detector combining the automatic sampling,

temperature control, curve correction, viscosity test and heating

cleaning. It is suitable for the determination of the apparent viscosity

of engine oil under the shear stress at about 50000 ~ 100000pa,

Shear rate is under the condition of 10⁵～10⁴S^-1 at the temperature

between - 10 ~ - 35 ℃. 

Apparent Viscosity measurement range: 500~15000mpa.s.

                             Instrument performance and characteristics

1,Structural features: this product is made of modulars, equipped with circulating cold bath, testing host, computer, waste liquid collector.

     Among them:

• Circulating cold bath section: including refrigeration compressor, temperature display and circulation system, etc. It is to provide cooling for the test host.
• Waste liquid collector: including vacuum pump and waste liquid collection bottle. They are for the purposes of pumping out previous testing samples in the experiment and cleaning later.
• Testing host: including drive motor, fixed rotor assembly, speed measuring device, control board, signal acquisition board, constant current source, injection pump as well as other components. It is the core component of this instrument for testing.
• Computer: Windows 7 operating system, installed with control software. Automatically controlling various operations of the host.

2, The circulating cold bath uses overlap method of the compressor

to refrigerate, the refrigeration speed is fast, the temperature range

is wide.

3,A high degree of automation: the computer controls to run the program, automatically control the temperature of the cold bath and the stator cup, automatic sample filling, automatic testing samples, automatic cleaning while heating. It is possible to set up the filling temperature of the samples, automatic printing test reports.

4,No need for any extra solvent to clean. The testing oil products could be used to clean. It is possible to carry on a heating and cleaning to achieve faster cleaning.

5,The instrument automatically recommends the refrigeration temperature and controls the circulating alcohol bath temperature .

6, Editable, store the parameter values of all standard oil.
