When inflated they form a 3-dimensional bulkhead thus preventing the cargo from shifting. Polyproylene Woven Dunnage bags are also available.

airproof. Paper Airbags are offered in various varieties,
namely light (1ply), Medium (2ply), Heavy ( 4 ply and 6 ply) while
the PP woven dunnage bags are offered in medium (90G) and Heavy
(150G) varieties.
