The thread milling cutter is a kind of end mill especially for thread milling, there are two kinds, one is single flute, the milling is done by the cutter moving through the thread's helical teeth, the other is multiple teeth, you can do the milling by just one circle to finish the whole thread teeth milling in a highly efficient way. Both are made of ultra-fine grain size tungsten carbide rods, which make them have the advantages of very good wear resistance, very strong, and very sharp edge. Carbide grades can be selected according to the materials to be milled.
