1. Installation and commissioning issue:
We will send 1-2 technicians to assist with machine
installation and commissioning, customer pays for their
tickets, hotel and diet, etc Customer need arrange 3-4 skilled
worker and prepare insallation machinery and tools.
2. Warranty time:
12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no
more than 18 months from date of delivery.
3. Supply full English documents:
Including foundation drawings, manual book, electric
wiring diagram, electric manual book and maintenance book,etc.
A: We are manufacturer,welcome to visit our factory.
A: Generally it is 3-5days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to clients' requirements.
A: Yes, we could offer 12 months warranty period.To some countries, we can send technicians to customer company to repair the machine if the machine has problem;
A:Payment:40% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment. Other
payments can be negotiated;
