(1) It is conducive to the operation of the rubber conveyor belt. Under the condition of making full use of the vertical movement characteristics of the elastic roller, the roller group can adapt to any load. If a rigid fixed roller is used, the machine must be stopped when replacing the roller, which will cause inconvenience.
(3) Reduce operating noise. Because the rollers are connected flexibly, the relative changes in the position of each parallel roller in the roller group can absorb and eliminate vibration and impact, so that the operation becomes stable. The buffer roller is installed in the conveyor. The receiving part of the machine is used to protect the heat-resistant conveyor belt products. Each roller of it is made of elastic discs equipped with a certain interval. The rated load parameters are the same as the national standard requirements.
