The YAW-2000DX type computer control hydraulic servo pressure resistance test machine is a high-precision material compression test machine. Test machine host:
The host adopts a four column rack structure, and the upper pressure plate adopts spherical secondary adjustment. The main components are precision machined with high-strength alloy steel after heat treatment, with a designed maximum damage capacity of 2500kN to ensure the overall strength, stiffness, and stability of the main engine. Adopting high-precision unidirectional cylinders, the effective stroke of the cylinder piston is not less than 100mm. The host adopts an arc floating head pressure plate mechanism, combined with precision machining, inspection, and assembly of the frame and cylinder, to ensure the compression centerline of the sample and the full pressure centerline of the machine during the loading test, and the sample is pressed evenly. Using high-precision load sensors to measure force, with high comprehensive accuracy, high sensitivity, and good repeatability. After random calibration, the experiment is not affected by external forces, which can ensure the accuracy of the experimental process and parameters. Equipped with a fast oil return device
