Guangxi Investment Group Laibin Power Generation Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Guangxi Laibin French Power Generation Co., Ltd.) In April 1995, the construction was carried out in a BOT way, and the construction and operation of the French electric power company (EDF) and the GM-Alstrone joint venture was officially put into commercial operation on November 7, 2000. In September 2015, the project was transferred from EDF to Laibin Power Generation Co., Ltd., Guangxi Investment Group, and became Units 1 and 2 of Laibin Power Plant (Area B). The boiler of the 2 × 360MW unit is a subcritical tangentially fired pulverized coal firing boiler manufactured by Harbin Boiler Works, and the turbogenerator is a subcritical condensing turbine manufactured by GE ALSTOM.
The environmental protection unit of the B area of the power plant, such as the removal of NO, dust and so on, is operated and maintained by Zhejiang Feda Environmental Protection Company after the transformation of the super clean discharge. Desulphurization system adopts "limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization process." The desulphurization waste water treatment equipment of "triplex box + clarifier + plate-and-frame filter" was set up, and the treatment capacity was 10t / h. The waste water treatment plant has been set up separately, but it has never been put into operation since its completion due to the complex equipment and complex regime of agents. After the equipment is idle and aged, it no longer has the conditions for putting into operation, and when the environmental protection operation is not strict, the intermittent discharge method is adopted to stabilize the chloride ion balance of the desulfurization system and ensure the normal operation of the desulfurization system.

As Laibin Environmental Protection Bureau and Laibin Power Plant are gradually strict in environmental protection requirements and pay close attention to desulfurization wastewater, they issued desulfurization wastewater treatment requirements by the end of 2022. It is required that the flue gas removal waste water must be treated to meet the requirements of the "DL / T997-2020" emission standards for the flue gas removal waste water of coal fired power plants before it can be released. To this end, the operation and maintenance department (Feda Environmental Protection) plans a waste water transformation project, and increases the treatment capacity to 15 t / h according to the operation and maintenance situation to better meet the requirements of site operation.
The project was prepared in the form of domestic public bidding, and dozens of environmental protection and water treatment enterprises participated in technical exchanges and bidding. Finally, Beijing Huade Chuangye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. with its advanced treatment equipment technology, Reasonable project implementation planning and perfect operation and after-sales support plan have stood out from many participating units and obtained the construction right of the project, providing a full set of engineering turnkey services for the entire desulfurization system from survey and design, equipment processing, mining and supply, construction and installation, commissioning and training. The project officially entered the design phase in June 2024 and completed the overall commissioning and acceptance of the project in September 24, which took only three months. Desulfurization waste water treatment process used Beijing Huade independent research and development of HDC desulfurization waste water treatment process. The desulphurization waste water is preferentially taken from the waste water cyclone overflow water (from the gypsum cyclone overflow inlet waste water cyclone feed tank, pumped into the waste water cyclone station by the waste water cyclone feed pump, and then overflows to the waste water buffer tank). After gravity flow into the waste water buffer box, the waste water buffer pump is sent to the HDC desulfurization waste water integrated treatment and treatment system. After treatment, the qualified clean water enters the clean water pool from the overflow port for storage, and then is recycled to the designated place by the clear water pump. The treated sludge is transported to the vacuum belt conveyor by sludge transfer pump for dewatering. At the same time, the original plate and frame filter press is kept as another operating unit for sludge treatment. The whole system is arranged outdoors and covers an area of only 100 m2.
The main process block of the integrated treatment system of HDC waste water used in the line is a high-efficiency reaction and a high-efficiency flow filter: The high-efficiency reactor, as a reaction unit of the wastewater to be treated and the medicament, is equipped with a dry powder dosing machine, and is equipped with high-speed stirring at the same time, so that the desulfurization wastewater can fully react with the integrated high-efficiency adsorption flocculant. At this stage, most of the heavy metal ions, sulfur ions, fluoride ions and other control indicators through the role of chemicals, from dissolved to suspended, and quickly adsorbed flocculation to form primary alum. The high-efficiency cyclone clarifier is responsible for separating suspended solid matter and colloidal or suspended pollutants released from the water. Through systemic circulation and filtration bed technology of the equipment, the primary alum flowers are continuously flocculated to form alum flowers with faster sedimentation rate. Thirdly, through the shallow sedimentation technology and centrifugal separation technology, the alum is deposited continuously, forming a high concentration of sludge underflow. At the same time, the overflow clean water can be guaranteed to meet the discharge requirements.
Beijing Huade Wastewater Treatment System uses an integrated water purificant, which can remove suspended solid matter, heavy metal ions, fluorides, sulfides and macromolecular organic pollutants through adsorption, complexation and flocculation. The reaction speed is fast, the dosage of medicament is small, and there is no secondary pollution. Compared with the traditional triplet process, the application of HDC integrated treatment system has significant advantages.
A. short process, small operating intensity, simple equipment composition, can completely replace the traditional (waste water flow station + triplet + decanter + decanter + decanter) system, The effluent index and anti-fluctuating capacity are much better than the traditional waste water treatment, and the tolerance of influent suspended solid matter can reach up to 12%. The distributed water treatment system is changed into the integrated and assemblable water treatment system, which is easy to install and construct, and is convenient to expand and enlarge the system. C. Only adding a single agent can solve the problem of excessive discharge of many pollutants in desulfurization wastewater, with simple operation, strong ability to resist water quality fluctuations, and small agent dosage, and the dosage of conventional wastewater agent is only 100-300g / m. D. agent plays a certain role in conditioning the sludges, increasing its hydrophobism, can be directly into the vacuum belt dewater machine for dewater operations, without separate supporting desliming equipment. After revamping and operation, the desulfurization waste water treatment capacity of Laibin Power Plant reaches 15t / h stably, and the effluent indexes meet the discharge criteria of desulfurization waste water of coal-fired power plant. The equipment runs reliably, and the system can realize unattended automatic operation. The difficult problem of desulphurization waste water treatment in power plant is solved, and the operation of productive technology is ensured.
