Ceramics Sand Grinding Mill Machines
Ceramics sand grinding mill machines are widely used in offset
printing ink industry. Why is ceramics grinding mills? Because
these ceramics grinding mills are more competitive in production
capacity, temperature control, white color inks grinding,
maintainence charges. First,ceramics has 4 times greater heat
rejection than normal steel, it's easy to control the grinding
temperatute. Second, ceramics has no metallic polution, so it's
friendly to grind white printing inks, especially for high standard
of white degree. Third,there are two technologies of ceramics
grinding chamber. Fourth, the performance of energy saving is
20-40% higher.Five, the performance of production capacity is
15-30% higher.
Working principle:
Firstly, material charge pump feed up the solid-liquid mixture material that has been pre-dispersed and wetted by the mixer into the chamber into grinding chamber, and then grinding dispersers stir the materials and the grinding medium in the chamber with very strong enough collision, friction, and shearing effects in high speed power condition.After that,the particles of slurry are well distributed and fineness changes into less. finally the dispesed materials are discharged through a dynamic separator and flow out of the discharge pipe.
Some users grind material in sigle mill process with recyl-grinding, some others grind material in series to reach the required fineness.
