The Continuous Mesh Belt Drying Machine / Belt Dryer Machine / Belt Drier Machine is conceptually very simple. Product is carried through the dryer on conveyors and hot air is forced through the bed of product. It is often described as simply a conveyor in a box with hot air. The reality, however, is that the belt dryer is one of the most versatile dryers available. Few drying technologies can match the belt dryer`s ability to handle such a wide range of products. Products as varied in composition, shape, and size as coated breakfast cereals, nuts, animal feed, charcoal briquettes, and rubber can be dried in a conveyor dryer
Mesh Belt Drier: The material is distributed to the mesh belt evenly by the feeder. The size of stainless steel mesh is 12-16mm mesh. The transmission device will moves the mesh belt around the dryer. The Belt Dryer consist a several drying units and each unit has individual hot air circulation system. Part of the exhausted gas is exhausted by an exhaust fan. The waste gas is controlled by an adjusting valve. The hot air will move up and down when the material moving from the top layer to the bottom layer. This process will evaporate the water from the material when the mesh belt moves slowly. The running speed of the conveyer belt can be adjusted according to the material property. The dried material will be automatically discharged to a collector. The circulation units can be equipped according to the user`s requirement and the production demands.

(2). Volumetric weight after drying, allowable residue moisture, granularity, allowed high temperature.
(3). Production, total shift hours per day.
(4). Available energy resource and volume of steam, power supply capacity, available volume of coal, oil and steam.
(5). Control requirement: If inlet and outlet temperature are needed automatic controlled.
(6). Requirement of powder collection: If bag collector is needed to install, environmental requirement of tail gasherbal The dewater
