Application
The filter press is a mechanical equipment that uses a special filtering medium to apply a certain pressure to the object, causing the liquid to seep out. It is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment. This machine is applying an integral design combining mechanical, electrical and hydraulic principles. As variable frequency motor is used for pulling plate, and the unloading time is shortened. This series of filter press is more energy efficient than the ordinary ones. This series of filter press may achieve the automatic control of filter plate pressing, filtering, squeezing, back flushing, plate releasing, unloading and other procedures. The equipped with membrane plates to vary the filter chamber volume through water or air pressure, and then squeeze the filter cake for lowering water content. The filter plates are made of reinforced PP through mould press, and the membrane plates are made of reinforced PP through mould press and heat seal, both of which are of the state of the art technology.
Technical characteristics
• The filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene, molded at
high temperature, and then processed by professional precision
equipment. The formed filter plate has high strength, good
airtightness, light weight, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and
odorless, and meets the relevant sanitary standards.
• The equipment has a high degree of automation, with hydraulic
cylinders compressing, maintaining pressure, compensating pressure,
feeding, returning, and filter plate loosening and unloading cakes.
The entire process is fully automated without manual phased
operation.
• Safety device: The filter press is equipped with a variety of
protective devices when automatic operation is realized to prevent
the misoperation of the filter press from over-pressure and
over-limit.
