These nested baking sheets in three sizes are crafted of rust- and warp-proof stainless steel with a deep rimmed design and integrated handles. Cookie sheets heat up quickly and evenly while the easy-clean nonstick finish assures clean release of foods. Brushing a very thin layer of butter onto the interior of the pan prior to each use guarantees a perfect release while promoting even browning, good flavor and smooth, tightly sealed crusts.
