ZFWY-40 Rebar Bend Testing Machine for Iron Forging, Digital Display Bend Test Machine

The ZFWY series of rebar bend and re-bend testing machine is our latest development for bending tests on ribbed rebar, construction rebar, capable of bending and re-bending tests on ribbed rebar to inspect its bending performance and its re-bending performance after aging.
This product is mainly applied in quality control department for iron forging and construction, as well as bending performance inspections on construction raw material and steel welds. It is a common instrument to perform material bending performance tests and researches in iron industries, science research departments, quality control departments, construction, railway, transport, higher education and etc.
This product features a horizontal frame, which is efficient, beautiful and takes a small footprint. The rotation angle is set digitally. The touch-screen interface enables easy and convenient operations. This product is integrated with a two-way hydraulic cylinder. The two-way ball screws move the bending roller. The rollers go back and forth simultaneously, making it easier to adjust the distance of cold bending. The rollers are installed on the piston to perform bend and re-bend tests on specimen.
This product complies with the standards and requirements of GB 1400.2-2007, YB/T 5126-2003, GB/T 232-1999 and etc.
This product features a complete set of functionalities, easy operations, an efficient structure, safe and reliable performances and etc.
