Its high-performance mechanical structure and electrical control systems can ensure the setting stability and reliability. Relying on proper integration of mechanical and pneumatic lifting of grippers, the lifting process is stable without the risk of brick falling caused by inertia. The main air channel is provided with an electronic air pressure detection device which is convenient for controlling the pressure of chuck double-effect cylinder, and avoiding impacts of unstable pressure to adobe clamping (if the pressure is too high, the bricks can be damaged or fail to be gripped), and a friction torque limiter is used to keep rotation of gripper stable, and the traveling and lifting are stable and accurate in positioning under control of inverter and encoder.

Work principles of Auto Brick Setting Machine:

1. When the cutter pushes the green bricks to the separatng board,the separator stars work,it drives the separating board stretch and separate the bricks.

2. When the separting bricks is finished,the lift cylinder turns down.When the clamp plate reaches the pre-set location,the clamp plate fixture picks up the bricks,and then, it is lifted to a predetermined by the lifting cylinder.

3. After all the progrss ,the separator opens the air duct and the moving device drives brick stacking machine to the top of the kiln car,the kiln car rotates 90° and then lift cylinder drops down to a predetermined height for setting bricks ,the clamp plate opens and lays the bricks on the kiln car .
