The whole process of brick making:
1) Material is put into box feeder to maker sure continuous
feeding.there is a reamer near the discharging hole of box
feeder.It can crash big block.
2) Then materials are conveyed to roller crusher and crashed into
powdery .
3) After that materials are conveyed to double shaft mixer.Add
water when mixing the materials to make it more even
4) Materials are conveyed to brick vacuum extruder.The machine
process the materials and squzees out mud strip.
5) Strip cutter cut the mud strip into equal length strip and
convey them to cut adobe plate.
6) Adobe cutter cut the brick strip into green brick adobes.
7) Green bricks pass stoving and sintering processes become red
brick,that is to say ,the finished bricks.
