According to the yogurt production process, the program of this yogurt machine is divided into four stages such as standby, fermentation, condensation and refrigeration. Among them, standby is to power on without running, preparing for the next fermentation. For example, UV sterilization can be performed at this time, and then yogurt cups are stacked. Fermentation refers to heating and constant temperature, to quickly increase the temperature in all milk cups in the box to above 39 degrees, below 45 degrees, and constant temperature for 3-10 hours to complete the fermentation process. Condensation is to cool the finished high-temperature yogurt below 18 degrees, so that the solid yogurt has sufficient hardness, and the taste is cool. Refrigeration is to continue to cool the condensed yogurt. As long as the fermentation process is entered, all subsequent processes are automatically performed: when the fermentation time is zero, it will automatically switch to the condensation process (stage); and when the air temperature in the box reaches 15 degrees (when the yogurt temperature should be around 18 degrees) Automatically switches to the refrigeration program (phase). It should be noted that condensing and refrigerating are refrigeration, in which condensing is continuous refrigeration, and refrigerating is low-temperature constant temperature controlled intermittent refrigeration.

 

Precautions:

1. Follow the current standards to ensure that the machine is properly connected to an effective connection system.

2. The box door of the yogurt machine must be closed tightly. Air leakage is not only wasteful but also makes the temperature inside the box uneven, which affects the quality of yogurt.

3. In the manual cooling program, it needs to restart after an interval of 10-15 minutes after shutdown.
