Overview

This line is made up of Model LX40/60/80 vertical ultrasonic washing machine, Model HX420/620/900 far infrared drying and sterilizing machine, Model 2YG12/12 filling and capping machine, which is divided into washing area, drying and sterilizing area, filling and sealing area. The complete line can be operated singly and combine with other machine and can complete the following procedures: watering, ultrasonic washing, clamping bottle with manipulator, turning, flushing water, air charging, preheating drying and sterilizing, cooling. filling, cap sorting, cap-feeding, capping, etc.

Features

It adopts ultrasonic washing and flushing with water, air alternatively sterilizing with far infrared high temperature, filling with multi-heads and sealing technology. The complete line can control automatically and is easy to operate, can realize the integration of machinery with electricity.
